Rechner stockt plötzlich topx

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe seit gestern ein Problem: Ich habe gestern mal einen Scan meines Rechners mit Avira vorgenommen (Hat 4 Stunden gedauert). Seit dem bekommt mein Rechner alle 1-2 Minuten einen 1-Sekündigen Lag. Der Rechner stockt in der Zeit und der Sound wird verzerrt, bzw langgezogen.

Der Virencheck hatte 7 Fehler ergeben, angezeigt wurden mir 3 Dateien, mit Verdacht auf Trojanern. Eine davon eine Install-Datei, eine andere eine DLL im Java Ordner. Beide habe ich gelöscht. Ich habe daraufhin Avira und Java neuinstalliert. Dann habe ich den Befehl SFC/scannow durchgeführt, dabei kam nichts heraus. Zum Schluss noch meine Festplatte (CHDSK c: /f). Was dabei rausgekommen ist, weiß ich nicht. Nach dem Festplattencheck hat der Rechner ganz normal gestartet, ich hätte gedacht, dass danach ein Bericht oder so auftaucht.

Ich weiß nicht, ob es was damit zu tun hat, aber das waren die Dinge, die ich tat, bevor das Stottern losging.
